Mason, Ohio Itenerary
2014 Mason
Invitational Itinerary
10/18/2014
5:00 am: Call
Time. Be at CHS no later than this
time. No exceptions! Breakfast, pack, load.
6:15 am: Leave for
William Mason High School, Mason, OH
9:30 am: Arrive at
MHS, band check-in. As soon as we pull
in, get dressed.
10:30 am: Warm-up
11:00 am: Move to
Gate
11:15 am: Gate
time.
11:30 am:
Performance. LEAVE IT ALL ON THE
FIELD!
Once our performance is done, head
back to the bus, load everything, change into our casual clothes, and head back
to stadium to watch other bands. This
will be a very long day, so please plan accordingly.
4:00 pm: Class A/AA
Awards
10:00 pm: Class
AAA/AAAA/Open Awards and Director’s Critique
As soon as possible after the last band is done, use the
bathrooms and let’s get on the road. I
hope to be on the road by 10:30 pm.
10:30 pm(ish): Leave
Mason, OH for CVille.
1:30-1:45 am(ish):
Arrive at CHS. Unload everything,
clean the bus, and go home!
Parents will receive a phone call from their student when
the bus passes the Indianapolis Airport.
This will give everybody about 45 minutes to be at the high school to
pick everyone up.

Congratulations!
Congratulations to Anna Hitz-Bradley, who was chosen to be the Student Representative on the Band Booster Executive Board.
Anna is a Junior at CHS and plays Alto-Sax. She is a member of the Concert Band and the Marching Band.
Any students who have concerns or suggestions for the Band Boosters can contact Anna. She will help the Boosters to understand the needs and concerns of the students.
Thank you for your willingness to help the Boosters! We look forward to working with you!

Itinerary
12:15 pm: Call Time.
This the time you arrive. DO NOT
BE LATE!!!!
12:30 pm: Stretch.
12:45 pm: Rehearsal begins.
2:15 pm: Rehearsal ends. Please
eat lunch, drink a lot of water to stay hydrated for our performance, and
relax.
3:00 pm: Leave CHS for Brownsburg High School.
4:00 pm: Arrive @BHS
4:30 pm: Transit to warm-up.
4:40 pm: Warm-up time.
5:10 pm: Transit to Gate.
5:30 pm: Performance Time!!!
Leave it all on the field CHS!
5:50 pm: Back to bus to change into our street clothes and head back to
the stadium to watch the other bands perform.
Good line-up this week!
8:45 pm: Awards.
9:00 pm(ish): Depart BHS for home.
10:00 pm(ish): Arrive @ CHS. Clean the bus, unpack all equipment, grab
your things and wait for dismissal! I
love you all, GO HOME!!!!!! J
