Congratulations!

Congratulations to Anna Hitz-Bradley, who was chosen to be the Student Representative on the Band Booster Executive Board.

Anna is a Junior at CHS and plays Alto-Sax.  She is a member of the Concert Band and the Marching Band.

Any students who have concerns or suggestions for the Band Boosters can contact Anna.  She will help the Boosters to understand the needs and concerns of the students.

Thank you for your willingness to help the Boosters!  We look forward to working with you!

The Bags are $12 per roll and will be delivered about 2 weeks after the close of the sale.

Itinerary

12:15 pm:     Call Time.  This the time you arrive.  DO NOT BE LATE!!!!

12:30 pm:     Stretch.

12:45 pm:     Rehearsal begins.

2:15 pm:       Rehearsal ends.  Please eat lunch, drink a lot of water to stay hydrated for our performance, and relax.

3:00 pm:       Leave CHS for Brownsburg High School.

4:00 pm:       Arrive @BHS

4:30 pm:       Transit to warm-up.

4:40 pm:       Warm-up time.

5:10 pm:       Transit to Gate.

5:30 pm:       Performance Time!!!  Leave it all on the field CHS!

5:50 pm:       Back to bus to change into our street clothes and head back to the stadium to watch the other bands perform.  Good line-up this week!

8:45 pm:       Awards.

9:00 pm(ish): Depart BHS for home.

10:00 pm(ish): Arrive @ CHS.  Clean the bus, unpack all equipment, grab your things and wait for dismissal!  I love you all, GO HOME!!!!!!  J

2014 Columbus North Invitational

Itinerary

11:45 am:      Call Time @CHS

12:00 pm:      Warm-up and stretch

12:15 pm:       Rehearsal Begins @CHS

1:15 pm:        Rehearsal Ends.  Start packing for our trip, and eat some lunch

1:45 pm:       Bus Leaves for Columbus North High School

3:45 pm:       Arrive @Columbus North High School.  Use time for bathroom and stretch

4:15 pm:       Warm-up

4:45 pm:       Transit to Gate

5:00 pm:       THROW DOWN IN COLUMBUS!!!!!!!

5:15 pm:        Back to the bus to change.  After changing please head back to stadium with chaperones to watch other performing bands.  Enjoy, and show your appreciation for what they’re doing.  Buy some food, and relax.  Don’t forget some sunscreen just in case!

9:00 pm:      Awards

9:30 pm:       Bus leaves Columbus North High School en route to CHS

11:15 pm:       Arrive @CHS. Unload, unpack, and wait for dismissal home!

Students should bring a sack lunch and snacks and either money to eat dinner or a sack dinner as well.  Its a long day so please make sure they have plenty of food!  

Students should wear their Marching Band T Shirt (they will get those this week), non bulky shorts that they can wear under the uniform pants, black socks and their marching shoes.
