Updated Itinerary

11:30 am(est):        Call Time @CHS

3:30 pm(est):         Rehearsal Ends- Lunch time right afterwards

4:30 pm(est):       Get dressed and pack bus/trailer (bring uniform parts,

        garment bags, instruments, etc.)

5:30 pm(est):       Leave for Rensselaer Central High School!

6:15 pm(ct):       Approximate Arrival at Rensselaer Central High School.

7:57 pm(ct):       Warm-up

8:47 pm(ct):       Transit to field

9:00 pm(ct):         Performance Time!!! You got this. (Stick around in end zone   after      performance)

9:40 pm(ct):                Awards!

10ish pm(ct)     Pack up again, take off certain parts of uniform, and load buses.

10:15 pm(ct):              Bus Leaves for CHS

1:00 am(est)     Approximate Arrival time at CHS (parents be to the school before midnight-students will call when 30 minutes away)

Band Booster Meeting

This is a reminder that there will be a band boosters meeting this Monday 9/14 at 6:30 PM. 

We would love to have every parent available attend!

Meet our new Band Director - Paul Belleville.  

Mr. Belleville grew up in Chicago and Northern Indiana and is a 2015 graduate of Butler University.

Marching Band Camp

Marching Band season is off to good start!  
Although we are small in numbers this year, our students are working hard and putting in a great effort.  The portion of the show they have practiced so far sounds great!

2015 Marching Band Season

Our 2015 Marching Band Season has begun! 

 The theme for this year's show is "Metallic"

Important Dates:

Marching Band Camp - July 27-31 

Daily Schedule: 

7am-11am Morning Visual Block

11am-12pm Lunch

12pm-4pm Afternoon Music Block

4pm-6pm Dinner

6pm-9pm Evening Ensemble Block

Marching Band Parent Preview and Pitch-in Lunch

Saturday, August 1st - 11am-12pm warm up and performance, 12pm-1pm pitch-in lunch

Please bring a dish to share and a lawn chair.

Marching Band Rehearsals:

Every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm-8:30pm

beginning August 4th, except on August 11th.

Additionally, there will be a practice on October 28th, November 4th and  6th.

Home Football Games:

August 21st, September 11th and 25th, and October 16th.

Marching Band Competitions:

September 12th - Columbus North High School

September 26th - Hamilton Southeastern

October 10th - Lebanon, Ohio

October 24th - Centerville, Ohio

November 7th - Prelims and Finals in Cincinnati, Ohio

Band Booster Meeting Update

There will be no Band Booster Meetings in June and July.

Beginning in August the Band Boosters will meet on the Second Monday of every month at 6:30pm.

Please note that the time and day for the meetings has changed.
